1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using SerUltra AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, generate harmful or deceptive material, probe or disrupt our systems, bypass limits, or resell access without permission.
4. AI-generated content
AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to other content. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and ensuring you have the right to publish your final work.
5. Plans and billing
Paid plans renew at the disclosed interval until cancelled when billing checkout is enabled. Fees, features, and limits may change with reasonable notice. Paid access is activated or changed only after verified billing provider events are received.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund already-paid billing periods. Refund requests may be reviewed case by case under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
7. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when operationally necessary.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SerUltra AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
